De-registrations of Membership
At its meeting of 5th March 2014, the Executive withdrew membership from Jonathan Rountree for breach of Ethics Codes 3 and 6:
Trust is of paramount importance in any relationship between client, provider and community in any health related service for the public.
They must represent themselves and their profession in an open and clear fashion that avoids any possibility of deception.
They are aware of the need to avoid any action that may damage the trust of the client or bring their colleagues into disrepute.
At its meeting of 5th March 2014, the Executive withdrew membership and registration from Ian Wood for breach of Ethics Code 9 relating to professional conduct:
(a) avoid any acts that will damage the reputation of the profession
(b) maintain professional affiliations, skills and practices, with an expectation that a practitioner will at all times maintain standards of personal conduct which reflect well on the profession and enhance public confidence.
There are historical de-registrations which have been deleted from the website because of time and because it is believed that the member is no longer practising in a health or social service field.
The names and de-registration details can be obtained from the Executive Director of DAPAANZ.
