Chiles, Robert - Hamilton

The Executive has investigated and upheld complaints investigated by the Health and Disability Commissioner against member and registered practitioner, Robert Chiles of Hamilton, that he breached Principal 3 in the Code of Ethics, "Refrain from abusing a position of trust to seek special benefits, financial or personal gain. Practitioners must not engage in or encourage sexual intimacy with a client at any time during the professional relationship or for at least two years following its termination".

The constitutional processes for dealing with complaints having been followed, the executive has decided that Robert Chiles will have his registration removed and be expelled from membership.

Pierce, Ray Thomas Keith - Hawera

The Executive has received and considered complaints against member and registered competent practitioner, Ray Thomas Keith Pierce of Hawera.

The constitutional processes for dealing with complaints having been followed and the member having failed to respond to these serious allegations the executive has decided that Ray Thomas Keith Pierce will have his registration removed and be expelled from membership.

Lewis, Shane Hilton - Auckland

The Executive has investigated and upheld a complaint against member and registered practitioner, Shane Hilton Lewis of Auckland, that he breached Principal 3 in the Code of Ethics, "Practitioners must not engage in or encourage sexual intimacy with a client at any time during the professional relationship or for at least two years following its termination".

The constitutional processes for dealing with complaints having been followed, the executive has decided that Shane Hilton Lewis will have his registration removed and be expelled from membership.
