The Executive has struck new fees for the forthcoming year:

Renewals

Only standard members need to submit renewal membership forms.
Endorsed and registration renewals do not need to include membership renewal forms.
Please stick to the renewal packs. Surprisingly, a number of renewals contain pages from several different renewal packs.
Do not send in renewals before receiving your invoice.
Too many applications / renewals are received without any advice re the payment of the fee.
Keep your contact details current. Let us know where you are or we may have to add a detective to the staff.
Please don’t round up or down the fees. Throws the system totally and everything then has to be done manually.

Cutting Edge 2012

Vanessa Caldwell is to chair the Organising Committee for the Wellington conference (5-8 September) with the theme of Cutting Edge 20/20. Fraser Todd will chair the Programme Committee which will broaden its membership to include ATRIG, DANA and FACHAM. The MOH and ALAC continue as conference sponsors.

Annual General Meeting

The Executive agreed to move the Annual General Meeting from the Cutting Edge conference to the beginning of the first executive meeting after the conference (usually in November). This is to enable more time for the preparation of year-end accounts and their auditing.

Election of Chair and Deputy-Chair for 2011-13

Wolfgang Theuerkauf was nominated for the chair and there being no other nominations he was elected by acclamation. Claire Aitken was nominated for deputy-chair and there being no other nominations she was elected by acclamation.
